I've seen lots of people on this site with standing verts of about 20 or so inches, and a running vert of about 30. Personally my running vert is about 30 or 31, and my standing is 29. Is this a case of me being odd or of people mismeasuring their running verts because of the nature of how easy it is to have numbers falsified/inflated?
And generally what's the difference (ratio wise) of standing to running vert?
Hows about with 1 step lead up to a full fledged run up.
