30 minutes? Step that up man, become a gym rat. I go in at 6 and shoot on my own until 7:45 and then go through some drills with the mid-hi practice on days I don't have college classes (mon,wed,fri). Have atleast a 2 and half hour practice after school and then a lotta days I go and play or jus shoot in the evening.
In the offseason I would try to MAKE atleast 400 jumpers (mid to 3 point range) on most days. Its worth it, just takes a lotta work man keep at it.
