hey guys, i have one more week of vjb phase 2 and i tested my vert today. my legs werent fully recovered and i wasnt wearing shoes. i still got 2 inches higher on my standing vert which brings it to about 26 and on my running i started off with the same as my standing but can now get a few inches higher than standing which means my running increased by 3 or 4

thats around 27 or 29

i hope to be able to touch the ring by the end of the program coz today i touched the metal support thing the ring is joined on to and its about 4 inches off the ring and i wasnt wearing shoes

im happy with my gains so far and wanna get 5 inches in the last 2 phases
