Re: air alert 3 gains
Hey guys, first of all I would like to say Im new here, but Im obsessed with jumping high. I dont really have great hops, probly like 29 or 30 inches. I am 5' 9" and can get rim and sometimes grab it. I started air alert 3 this week and hope to make gains like many others have. I will work through it no matter how hard it gets as long as my knees are ok. But it does seem like a good program because its not just muscle strengthening, it gets you used to jumping a lot. Just gotta warm up and stretch(especially the knees) before and after the workout.
