ok here is your rating from a personal trainer.
i am not against it but i judge programs very harshly , i will give it a 4.5 out of 10.
i read your introduction about how this is for everyone but its not.
1)this program may lead to muscular inbalances.
2) it does not do a good job with power output.
3)it will plateau very quiclkly
4) and should either have a complete bodyweight or strength training program.
im glad you are testing and hopefully sometime soon it will improve, when it does come and get it judged.
