Starting Out : Decent Workout
Im currently starting to train my vertical. I am doing the following exercises. How effective will this be and if anyone has ANY suggestions id be much appreciated
1. Squats
2. Depth Drops w/ weights
3. Calf Raises
4. Leg extension machine (pushing down)
I have not invested in any VJB or TVP programs, just burned a copy of air alert so if anyone could forward me some exercises, id VERY much appreciate it. Thanks!
