Cool that makes sense, I also was wondering if only doing water plyos and depth jumps for 8 weeks (two workouts a week on lower body) supplemented by Super Hops is enough. Thats all that TVP calls for in that second segment, seems a tad light when you're still doing upper body 3 times a week.
