After 2 weeks of inactivity due to various academic obligations i'm back.
I would say that Week 2 of Phase II is particularly difficult, specially the burnout complex. But it's perfectly doable, i would advise you to do it when you are in a really good mood. Because the pain can do dirty tricks to your mind :P
Well i just started week 1 of Phase II and so sfar I'm really excited about VJB
The other day i went to the court and i tested my vertical in a rim that i usually touched , but nothing else. I could grab it two handed. I'm just a few weeks away of doing some serious dunks, i can feel it!!
In fact right now i kinda have to restrain myself of jumping too high. Last time i accumulated a lot of power and when i actually grabbed the rim i had to let it go again, because i felt it would come down.
I need to get some confidence about grabbing the rim, but that's the biggest of my issues right now regarding jumps.!!
