It depends if you have trained your jump before to get it as high as it is now. If not than you will see good gains. if you have trained before than you will still see gains, but they wont be as good as someones who has never trained their jump before.
As for dunking I'm pretty sure you will if you can get at least 2-3inches above 10ft rim. It all depends on how much effort you put into it. Ima start VJB Novice Weights and probbaly Beginner Plyos after my injury is gone.
