VJB questions?!
Can some1 plz tell me how 2 start with VJB?! What exercises should i do?! And there are some exercises that i don't understand(cuz im Serbian :P) so will you guys be willing 2 explain them 2 me?!
And the most important question:"If i can grab the rim now,is it certain that with exercises i'll be able 2 dunk"?!
