Not really actually..Try to bend your knees and stay in that position for over an hour..Ye thats what I thought..


Back on topic, I get the same worn out quads sometimes too, man. What I usually do is let the drills i can either sit or lean against something to do to the end. Also, if only one quad is hurting try to put ur weight on your other one
