bodyweight excersices only go so far when u get into training
2 get strong u need 2 pump iron
but i believe u should stick with bodyweight excersice for the time until u get stronger and then slowly start on weights
remember when u start on weights do it light,but wif many reps and correct form
building strengh and physique r 2 different things that require different training methods
westside is much to advandced 4 u dont start it
start doing some of the stuff like aj suggested
like 3 sets of pushups
and then 3 sets of dips
and 3 sets of pull ups
boxing is a gud upperbody workout
u wont neccesarily get buff or ripped or much improvement in ya physique through just doing pushups,unless u hav good genetics and so on
i have some e-books with some gud martial arts bodyweight excersices
definatly vjb for lower body
