i usually only go for half an hour at a time with dribbling. I find there are short cuts that let you go for longer though. If you're doing behind your back lean against a wall or sit in a high chair, its not as good but it's a LOT easier for a break. also work with your body errect at time, usually you won't be, but as a PG it's actually a good skill to have. when you're given room being able to be fairly fancy while standing straight up will let you see the court better.
