Of course your muscles will get used to it after a while. The way to overcome it is by using two training principles known as progression and overload. By this i mean you increase the intensity of the excercise so if it using a weight you increase the weight or do more repetitions. If it is a timed exercise you do it for longer. So if you are cheast pressing 44kg one week you do 48kg next week to overload.
