This is true. It is the absolute elite that end up playing in the NBA, and you would be amazed at the number of guys who can flat out ball, but never get a sniff by the NBA. My agent tried to get me invited to the Portland Trailblazers training camp as a free agent after my senior year in college, but they basically told him that I had too many injuries throughout college (1 knee surgery and 2 ankle surgeries; guess that is why am now going into Orthopedic Surgery )to even be invited to training camp.
