Lets say if my schedule is like this
Novice Weightlifting
Mon-Off
Tues-Lower Body A and B (squat, leg curl, calf raise, deadlift, barbell lunge, 1 leg calf raise)
Wed-Off
Thur-Off
Fri-Lower Body A and B (squat, leg curl, calf raise, deadlift, barbell lunge, 1 leg calf raise)
Sat and Sun-Off
Would it look like that?
