Help Me With Vjb Please.
Hey evryone.! I am new to this forum and decided to quit AA3 after 5 weeks and start VJB. I am 15 years old. 6'1 and 165 pounds. My reach is 8f eet. My running vertical is 25 inches. My question is in the Novice Weight Training it has schedule A and B. Do I do both of them in the same day? Or d I do A one day and B the next day that I work out? Please help. Also after I do the Novice weight training will I be able to dunk? Right now I can get about 1 inch above the rim. O sometimes lay it up with touchin the rim.

Ok so Ima just do the Novice Weightlifting for now. It says that the last two phases you should add plyos correct? But My question is when I do add plyos to the last two phases of Novice weighlifting, will I start plyos from the beginning or the last two phases of plyos. Also should it be beginner plyos or novice plyos?
