Hi i wanted to know if someone could give me advice on how to learn to jump of one foot. because i can grab the rim when i jump of 2 feet but i am 4-5 inches away from simply touching it when i jump of 1 foot.
I really wanna learn to jump of one foot cuz i dunk on my 9'5 hoop but i have to be close to the basket to dunk it because its hard to jump of 2 feet from far. if i could jump one 1 foot, i could jump from farther to make a dunk.
So i need help!
