Really? oh good.... and did you do the 100 squats? i think it trains endurance instead of strength....
Im doing plyos tomorrow but im not sure whether my legs will be good for it. now, i still cant sit on a wodden chair. i have to sit on a sofa. And WOO HOO!!! MY EXAMS ARE OVER!! YEAH NOW I CAN SKIP AND HOP AND YADAYADA ALL THE WAY TILL NEXT YEAR!!!!
