i no that every1 says not to do plyos in the season but my off season is only 8 weeks( skewl holidays) which isnt enough to finsish vjb and i only do 1 game a week and 1 training (which is mainley just shooting) so if i did novice plyos (i did beginer for 2 weekz last hols and it was easy) would that b ok? should i mayb cut down on the reps/sets?
