u should get used 2 it,ya probably not ready 4 it yet,but u will get there
if u r really struggling 2 do it,and ur bak hurts more and more,then it means ya prob not conditioned 4 it yet,and u should do something like begginer plyo's,or an easier program like maybe gmv.
