DO A VJB PLYO'S PROGRAM AT YA LEVEL,AND A WEIGHTS PROGRAM AT YA LEVEL TOGETHER, IF U DONT HAV ACCESS TO WEIGHTS,THEN DO THE BODYWEGHT LEG STRENTGH PROGRAM
