are you crazy? its the damn stupidest thing on earth to do air alert. i know from experience..10 full weeks of experience, and another 8 on recovering my knees which are weak.

and to Phantom-Lancer, if you were to ask something as stupid as this you obviously havent bothered to read through VJB at all. people, programs like VJB are meant to be READ THROUGH, and to be UNDERSTOOD not just to have and then ask stupid questions like this. every day we get more and more useless threads and posts, and questions which are clearly answered, especially in VJB.
