aa is decent at stregnthening your legs but everyone says its bad for your knees. Anyway do a vjb plyo program for sure and just do squats deadlifts and other types of leg stregnthening stuff its really not nesecary to use a program for stregnth just use common sense in the weight room. If you cant go to a gym do vjb body weight I haven't looked at it or tried it but its really your only option for leg stregnth if you dont have a gym membership.
