It's Monday, one week since I started VJB. My hamstring and inner thigh muscles are kind of sore from the workout on Sat, but I still tested my vertical.
To my dismay, both my running and standing vertical seems to remain the same. There's a rim which is about 9'6" near my house. All along since last year, I could touch it with my first finger joint. Today, it remains the same. Most of my tries I only managed to touch the rim with my first joint. There were a few tries where I touched the rim with my second joint. But those were the minority and in the past, sometimes I could do that too...
This means......NO IMPROVEMENT! Damn. I don't get it. I feel stronger, that's why I went down to test my vertical, thinking I can grab the 9'6" rim. But, everything's the same...  Perhaps it's due to my muscles which are not fully recovered. But I really hope to grab this rim ASAP first before moving on to the 10 feet one!
