which part of your upper body strength to train? all of it. just make sure you dont give too much of one side as opposed to the other (Eg dont go building so much bicep and little triceps, you've gotta get it all balanced). or even too much abs, and too little back muscles.

Totally agreed, try adding more size to your chest may help to push ppl... hehe.ya but try not to bulk up too much cos you would get heavier and carrying the extra weight would not be that good for your jump
