I agree that the overall strength should be balanced. So which part of my upper body strength should I train? Antagonist or protagonist?
1) sure, no pain, no gain. too much pain, no gain, legs get injured, knees weaken..but anywayyyyy yeah. you get me. just dont over do it =]

2) overall strength should be balanced, agreed.

which part of your upper body strength to train? all of it. just make sure you dont give too much of one side as opposed to the other (Eg dont go building so much bicep and little triceps, you've gotta get it all balanced). or even too much abs, and too little back muscles.

but you get me. just do overall body =]
