This is one day after my 2nd workout. To my surprise, my legs merely feel heavy, a bit of soreness here and there. This is nothing compared to the first workout where my legs totally broke down! I feel happy but yet skeptical about the results, because as the saing goes NO PAIN NO GAIN right? So more pain more gain? Lol
