make fun of/insult you, i perosnally think aa helps stregthen your legs and would be good to do if you dont have acces to a gym sort of like a vj bodyweight program. Its always good to work your body in different ways but after 5 weeks of it it probably wont help you much further. you should try tvp since your already very advanced (if you have access to a gym)
