OK i got one. I'm on VJB. My next scheduled training session is on Thursday but despite all the sleep, water and egg white (protein) I have gotten, I doubt I can recover fully by then.
So if I don't recover by Thursday, should I wait till I fully recover before doing the workout? This will kind of mess up my allocated schedule. Or should I just carry on the workout on Thur? I think this is highly unadvisable.
