Assuming that you have already done vjb bodyweight strength, you could try to get really good at the plyo portion of jumping (working up the vjb levels of plyos and stuff) and maybe extending the vjb bodyweight strength program yourself while using your 10 lb. weight as xtra resistance.
btw, i think ur a lot closer to dunking thn u think
