I just did the 2nd week of Phase II of VJB and i can already say that i'm flying, I really want to see how much my gains are after i finish the whole program and i have my weeks of rest.
Yesterday i went to play, there was a rim which isn't 10ft, but it's really near that height, I went high tryiing to grab the rim, and i was surprised about how high i jumped, that i grabbed it without a problem , and with my surprise i had to let it go because i feared i would bring it down and i fell akwardly. Despite the big fall it was really cooool!!!.
