I just did this move yesterday, thought I'd share. There's nothing "insane" about it, but because of its flow and changes of direction/pauses, it works wonders (did for me, anyway).

1) Dribble with your right hand, take a pound dribble (just a hard bounce) and begin to do a right spin.

2) You are pivoting on your left foot (it's on the ground). When your back is facing the defender, lift your right leg a little higher and dribble the ball from right to left under your leg. Put your right leg down. That will pause the spin momentarily.

3) You just landed on your right foot after the under-the-leg dribble, with the ball in your left hand. Continue the spin, but pivot on your right foot this time (because it just landed and your weight is on it). Spin until you are facing the defender with your right leg in front. You didn't actually turn much/move your left foot much.

4) As soon as you land with your left foot in back, dribble through your legs to your right hand. Your momentum is going to go back (to your right hand). Pick up your back foot (left) and step forward as soon as you dribble. From there, pivot on your left foot, continue and complete the right spin.

Didn't realize how tough that was to explain.. Hope you understood.
Prett fucked up move there ...
