ok buddy, this thread has been dead for around a year and a half. dont bring up old threads and i know i am but some people arent religious or have different religions here and dont u think thats a bit over the top? the lord will make u taller if u desire it? i wish for it all the time and i believe in god and go to church! i also wish i can jump higher too. but i have to train 4 it and do stretches n shit to get taller and jump higher. do u really think i could stop my training now and get the same gains as if i had trained for 12 weeks? i dont think so.
