yea i wouldnt train or practice in ramadan,you'd b wearing yaself out 2 much
do a lotta stretches(static) they r excellent.
this site is like da first thing i go on when i hop on the pc,so i guess i do spend alotta time on here if u consider the other stuff i do on th pc.
this site has been great 4 me,i learned so much and it saved me a hell of a lotta time and energy lol.
keep scanning it if i was u,u dont know wat other usefull stuff u could pick up.
