See I can't get into my baby freeze. Here's what I was taught.
1. Squatting position and place both hands on left side(I do left side it just feels comfortable)
2. Stab left arm into side and one into the knee
That's where I get stuck. Everytime I collapse down, the arm supporting the leg gives way. Or slips. So my question is, how do I make it so it doesn't give way?
Now my skin is all messed up. Because of all the brushing.
