Yeh i sumhow found it sumwer and had a look at it n it looks pretti good, thers alot of usefull info, it jus seems like uve gotta be exactly like wat aim-high said and advanced. Like a real full on athlete cause to follow it completely it demands a hell of a lot of u...i mean 6.30am starts are only the begining of wat it talks about, thers a week wer u detox and eat only fruit and vegies :P haha
