I just played a game tonight which was a blast. We won by 1 point after hitting a buzzer beater.... saaaaweet!!!!! Legs are starting to feel stronger after doing some of Kelly's exercises. Unlike Air Alert, my legs weren't smashed to nothing after the first week. I'm hoping to see some sick gains over the next 5 weeks. I will test my leap in a few days and post the results in my journal. I also lost another kilo!!!!! (2.2lbs). Hell yeah... It all helps...
