VJB journal beginer plyos and bodywieght
Hi my schedule is Sunday i do both and thursday i do both the rest of the week i have off
i just finished week one of phase one which means ive done two workouts played b ball today and didnt really feal an improvement but i didnt really expect it in the first week , the exercies are sort of challenging but not horribly bad they just take a while , if anyone has any tips or questions please post it thanks
