I did another workout today, but only plyos due to time constraints. I'll try to catah up on bodyweights tomorrow.
lunge jumps confuse me, can someone explain how to do them and at what speed?
also when it says 3x20 per leg is that 3x40 in all (like 1 set is 40 reps)?
