Default Re: Hey, I'm Tuah

I'm 23. I tried Jump Soles, basic plyo workouts, and all that ebook stuff for verts. But that was awhile ago (I was about 13), when I was focused on dunking and nothing else, lol.

My coach pretty much told me if I wanted a chance to play college ball (which I did), I should focus on building my basketball skills and my overall athleticism. Had no clue where to find a basketball trainer (had this bodybuilder guy didn't know ANYTHING about training for basketball or sports) and places like this weren't around.

It's funny you should mention gobasketballpro. I've been thinking about buying it, and was looking around google to see what other people thought, and found this place in the google rankings. After reading what others have posted, and reading rali todd's sales page, I think I'll just stick with my trainer twice a week. I don't need a list of drills (I've bought the first 5 betterbasketball DVDs so I have enough drills, and there are a ton of sites to get them for free). I was looking for something or someone online that would take the place of my trainer, cause dude is expensive. $50 an hour, and I got a normal, regular job. So I thought this rali todd guy would make personal workouts to keep in shape & stay sharp on the court, but it looks like it's just a bunch of stuff (articles) I can find for free on the blogs I already go to.
