hey, so ive decided to start vjb bodyweight and beginner plyos. i did my first workout this morning. i woke up at 6:30 and did the plyos. soon im going to be doing the bodyweight. the plyos felt really good and my legs were hurting a bit but i could have kept going on for a bit longer. in a few hours i will update tellin u how the bodyweight goes. wish me luck

oh yeh and my goal for the 12 weeks is to gain 8 inches
