Yep same story man same as me we r same hieght we both got horrible jumps and Vertical Jump Bible (VJB) is the way 2 go im startin it very soon it goes for 12 weeks and u can get some good gaines ppl are deferent so about (im not gona say 12 inches this time aj lolz so its ok) 3-8 inches lolz.
