The mathematical solution he gives for doubling your vertical leap is quite frankly total crap. Doing more work and reducing your rest time doubles your work outout per workout but starts to make your training more cardio based.
Basically the claim that you can double your vertical (or keep improving indefinitely) following his mathematical guidelines is an out and out lie.
Devoting so much time to upper body is an unecessary tax on your bodies recovery systems. As mentioned the extensive supplement regime is not always going to be the best thing for your body. Milk is fine (if Kadour, Vince and the gang don't drink Milk I will be a monkeys uncle).
Also the TVP makes no allowances for an individual athletes strenghts and weaknesses. Some athletes need more strength work whilst others need more plyo based work. TVP is just a bunch of sets and exercises.
Finally, and this isn't in the program but relates to how trust worthy Luke Lowry is, but he has been claiming to have been putitng the price up for YEARS and has been claiming to have a multi-million dollar offer for years. both of these claims have so far proven to be false.
One of the all time best articles ever about TVP is here:

It tells you all you need to know about TVP.
