i do have this program but im only week 3 it is so far good i have got about 2 inches so far on my standing vert and i dont do the weight part just the plyos. and yes it does have a pre-test it makes your program to your needs lets say ur a 1 legged jumper its going to give u a program to increase that and get ur 2 legged jumping up
