im doin a program already, but i finish it in 6 weeks, then im gonna start vjb with weight and the do all the vjb's until i finish the hardest ones. then i might do the hardest vjb weights with gmv and after that ill do tvp. and ill do suprhops and depthj drops and stuff. then ill be jumping lyk 40 inches i hope
