every interview but the one with kelly baggett was good, all kelly talks about is how the full squat and the deadlift are the best exercises. he also talks about how you need a good strength base to achieve great goals when training. and he mentions to jump off an 18 inch box, and if you can depth jump off it then jump back the height of the box you have a good strength base. and thats it really.
