Now i want to get serious about it.. doing some research i stumbled upon this program The Vertical Jump Bible...
My problem is that for what i've been reading that program uses a lot of weights.. and that's something i don't have right now. I thought initially it was strictly plyometrics, but it seems that's not the case.
So the thing i wanted to know is this: is it really worth it?. What about a guy like me who at the moment cannot spend money going to a gym?. What can i do with this program?. I could make the sacrifice to go to a gym.. besides the money my main problem would be the time availability.. but if the program is really worth it (unlike Air Alert) i could make the aditional effort to get it done.
So all i want is some kind of advice
By the way, where can i found this program?
Thanks a lot guys , see ya around
