alright that sounds good... and plz dont give up on the journal until ur done, like so many other ppl....
and dont be discouraged if ur vert only increases like 3 inches in 6 weeks ( like me) because the gains will come just dont quit man...and ill be following this and i hope u gain that 10 inches and good luck
