dont use ankle weights, the truth is you might get 1 inchy extra from using them, but once you stop using them you will lose your inch you got from them, and lets say you use ankle weights while doing the vertical jump bible, it would have the same effect as air alert.
ankle weights place unneccesary stress on the ankle ligaments, and the achillis tendon. if you want to use something use the weighted thing you put on your waist, sold on jumpusa.com. dont respond to this question with wrong answers.
